Your business profile is already on Beveo. Search for it, then choose your path: subscribe to a monthly plan (verification is included in onboarding) or pay the $25 one-time verification fee if you don't need monthly features. Either way, we confirm your identity via a call to your listed number or email to your business domain.
Is verification included in the monthly plans?
Yes. All monthly plans — Essentials, Integrity, and Infrastructure — include verification as part of onboarding. You do not pay the $25 fee separately when you subscribe. Verification is only a standalone purchase for businesses that want to claim their profile without an active subscription.
What does the $25 standalone verification include?
The $25 fee confirms you control the business — we verify your phone number or business email, and you review and confirm your business details in the Beveo portal. Once verified, your profile is locked under your ownership. No subscription is required to maintain that claim.
Do I need a subscription to claim my profile?

Can I claim multiple locations?
Yes. Each location requires a separate verification — either standalone ($25 each) or via a multi-location pack ($89 for 5, $149 for 10). Credits never expire — use them on your own schedule. Subscribers can also add additional locations to their account.
What if the verification call or email fails?
If the call fails due to a carrier or number issue, contact us at [email protected] and we'll work with you. The verification fee is consumed when the attempt is dispatched — so make sure your Google Business Profile contact info is accurate before starting.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your profile stays published for the remainder of the paid period, then goes unpublished. Your ownership claim is always retained — reactivating is instant.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your profile is unpublished when your subscription ends. Your ownership claim and account data are retained for 90 days, and everything is exportable. After 90 days, profile content is deleted per our data retention policy.
