Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Beveo is operated by Trekka Lab. By creating an account or otherwise using the Beveo platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind it.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Plans, billing, and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price posted on our pricing page until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Verification packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once a verification code has been dispatched.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the change is acceptance.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload — business info, photos, certificates, replies you draft to reviews. You grant Beveo a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display it for the purpose of operating the Service for you. You represent that you have the right to upload it.

5. Connected platforms

When you connect Google Business Profile or Facebook, you authorize Beveo to call those APIs on your behalf. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard.

6. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Use the Service to send spam, deceive consumers, or astroturf reviews.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access other organizations' data.
• Upload content that infringes someone else's rights or violates the law.
• Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities except via a coordinated disclosure to [email protected].

7. AI outputs

Beveo's AI-generated content (summaries, draft replies, NAP estimates) is informational. We do our best to keep it accurate but don't guarantee it. Review AI-generated text before publishing it externally.

8. Warranties & liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beveo disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or place the Service at risk, with reasonable notice unless the violation is severe.
